Shipping Area
At this time, we ship orders within the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside our available service area may not be accepted, or we may contact the customer to cancel the order and issue a refund.

We use trusted shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver customer orders. The carrier selected for each shipment may vary depending on the order size, package weight, delivery address, and available shipping services.
Order Processing Time
Our products mainly include children’s toys, soft toys, wooden play items, nursery accessories, bath toys, toy sets, and decorative children’s room products.

Free standard shipping within the United States is available for orders with a subtotal of $58.00 or more.
The order subtotal must remain $58.00 or higher after discounts, coupons, or promotional codes are applied in order to qualify for free shipping.
Additional costs may apply for expedited shipping, upgraded packaging, gift wrapping, oversized items, fragile-item protection, or shipping insurance. Any applicable fees will be displayed before payment.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when tracking is available. Customers may use the tracking information to check the delivery status of their package.
Please allow some time for the carrier tracking information to update after the package has been picked up or scanned.
